Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow enough time for check-in.

We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to change or cancel your appointment.  If you do not, a cancellation fee or a forfeit of a prepaid service will apply. 

 

Please leave your valuables at home the day of your appointment as Elite is not liable for theft or loss. 

   

We love your children too but to maintain our relaxing environment and their safety, we ask that you do not bring them with you to your appointment.   ​
